Fill out this quick form below or reach out through my Contact page. You’ll hear back from me within 2 business days. Sometimes I may need access to your site to investigate a little bit further, but in most cases I will come back with a time and costs estimate within the week.
Depending on the size of the job I would ask a 50% deposit, issue a contract, and then schedule in the work.
If I am not the best person to help with your problems I will do my best to recommend someone else to help.
I will get to work on your changes and I’ll let you know if we have any questions. If this a full development project we will have regular weekly catch-ups to insure we are on tract.
Once we’re finished, I’ll let you know that we’re ready for you to take a look. You can request additional tweaks or let me know that we’re good to go.
After your final invoice is taken care of, I’ll hand all materials and important information over to you. If any changes were done on a test site, we’ll move everything over to your live website!
Once we’re finished up you’ll receive two weeks of email support and tutorials for anything you need some extra guidance on. If we have created a full site you will receive the normal 1-3 month follow up support and training documents.
